Do i have to sign a long time contract?

No. Pay as you go and you can cancel your account at any time and we do not charge any cancellation fees

Can i switch plans later?

Yes at anytime. Just contact us and we will help your transition to your new susbcription plan or DIY at your account settings.

Is my data safe and securely backed up?

Absolutely. Our servers are housed in a SSAE 16 type II audited data center with 24 hour monitored security and staffed 24x7 by senior systems and network engineers. Our storage infrastructure is highly durable and fault tolerant, and our databases are backed up daily and securely transferred and stored with military grade encryption to multiple off-site locations. We offer SSL encryption while you data is in transit with all plans.

What support options do i have?

Our support team is stand by to help you with any questions you may have. You can chat with us instantly right within GADiiD or you can call us with more complicated questions.

What do I need on my computer to run GADiiD applications?

You can use any device with an internet connection and a web browser. Web browsers that work best with GADiiD are Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer 9 or higher. Your drivers or owner operators can use our native iOS or Android mobile application

Can I see a live product demo?

Absolutely. We offer weekly webinars for prospect customers and daily training (or as needed) for current users. You can schedule a free demo with us at anytime as well.

When will I be billed?

After the initial 14 days free trial, your credit card or bank account will be charged each month until you cancel or you add additional assets or features beyond your initial subscription.

What types of payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, and you will be billed in US Dollars. We also accept pre-planned Automated Clearing House (ACH) where we deduct your subscription amount from your bank account.

Do I get a refund if I cancel?

As per our terms of service, we do not issue refunds. You can cancel at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

Are there any minimums for GADiiD plans?

Yes. Only for BULL plan. To cover the cost associated with advance routing and milleage reporting we charge $59/month in addition to monthly subscription charges for companies that have less than 10 assets (trucks).
